Telur BUngkus...

 Memandangkan tomyam dah ada.. tp mcm x best ja nk makan semata lauk ja...
so, kita buat telur bungkus...
senang sgt sebenarnya nk buat telur nie..

Bahan2 nya:

• 1 biji telur (dikacau mcm nk buat telur dadar tue..jgn lupa letak garam sket.. ^^)
• Seketul isi ayam ( dihiris nipis dn kecil2..)
• Sayur campur (beli yg dh siap dah.. dlm tue ada kacang hijau, carrot n jagung..)
• bawang besar ( dimayang... nk potong dadu pown boleh)
• Sos tiram ( dlm satu sudu keci )
• Sos cili (mengukut cita rasa anda...)
• Minyak Masak (saya guna minyak sunflower... hehe ^^)

Cara2nya:

1. Panaskan munyak masak dan tumiskan bawang yg telah dipotong.
2. Masukkan isi ayam, sos tiram dan kacau hingga masak.
3. masukkan sos cili, dan sayur campur. (jika perlu sedikit air supaya x kering)
4. Didihkan dan letak sebelah.
5. Gunakan kuali bersih untuk goreng telur.. Pastikan telur itu dalam keadaan nipis dan lebar.
6. Masukkan isi ayam yg telah dimasak tadi  ke atas telur dan bungkus .
7. siap dan boleh dihidangkan...

mudahnya kan?

Memandangkan hari tue mcm malas ja nk masak... so, i make a decision to rebus ja apa yg ada bg jadi sup...

Buka peti tengok ada ayam, carrot ngan bunga kubis.... so.. rasanya nk buat tom yam jer lah...

Ini resipinya....:

Bahan-bahan:

• Ayam (berapa byk korang nk letak depend on brp org nk mkn.... memandangkan org bujang ja yg nk mkn sya letak 4 ketul ja..)
•  Bunga kubis (dipotong cantik2.. ikut cita rasa dan gaya anda.)
• Carrot ( potong half moon.. hehehe dh terikut2 ngan pesyen tudung plak..)
• Bawang besar ( belah 4 @ 6 mengikut saiz mulut msing2 lah yer..)
• Serai ( 2 batang.. diketuk guna batu lesung..)
• Limau nipis ( mengikut level kemasaman yg anda mahukan..)
• Garam (secukup rasa..)
• Kiub TOM YAM (boleh guna jenama apa pown.. sya guna 2 biji..)

Methodnya:

1. Rebus ayam dan serai dalam periuk yg telah diisi dgn air... sehingga mendidih.
2.  Masukkan semua ramuan di atas yg belom dimasukkan... tunggu sehingga mendidih..
3. Rasa dan tambah apa2 yg kurang.
4. Siap untuk dihidangkan..

Simple kan! ^^

Puding Bandung berLaici.....

PENGENALAN :

Puding adalah nama untuk berbagai hidangan penutup yang umumnya dibuat dari bahan-bahan yang direbus, dikukus, atau dipanggang. Istilah puding juga dipakai untuk berbagai jenis pai berisi lemak hewan, daging, atau buah-buahan yang dipanggang.

Puding dengan bahan baku susu (yogurt), tepung maizena, tapioka, atau telur dihidangkan setelah didinginkan lebih dulu. Puding seperti ini rasanya manis dengan perisa coklat, karamel, vanila, atau buah-buahan. Puding agar-agar dibuat dengan mencampur agar-agar bersama susu, tepung maizena, atau telur kocok. Puding agar-agar sering dihidangkan dengan saus yang disebut vla. Tepung puding instan memudahkan orang membuat puding karena hanya perlu dicampur susu atau air panas.

OBJEKTIF :

Objektif utama masakan ini adalah:

•  Untuk dihidangkan sebagai pencuci mulut selapas makan tengah hari/ malam.
•  Untuk dihidangkan kepada tetamu yang bertandang.
•  Untuk dijadikan santapan ketika menonton.
•  Untuk dijadikan pengubat bosan/marah.

BAHAN-BAHAN :

• 25g          - Agar-agar
• 400mL    - Susu cair
• 1000mL  - Air
• 5 mL       - Pewarna merah/ sirap ros
• 300g        - Gula 
• 1 tin        - Laici
• 1 tangkai - Daun pudina (untuk hiasan) 

CARA-CARA :

1. Panaskan agar-agar dan air sehingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan gula, pewarna, susu cair, dan laici yang telah dipotong kecil.
3. Gaul hingga sebati dan didih sekali lagi.
4. Masukkan kedalaan acuan dan simpan di dalam peti sejuk.
5. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
